The bill
(Reg. No. 2312) suggests amending the third and fourth part of article 122 and
the first sentence of the first part of article 265-2 of the Code of Ukraine on
Administrative Infringements, aimed at creating safe and unimpeded conditions
for movement of persons with sight disabilities, as well as for ambulances,
fire-engines, rescue services, militia, that drive with special light or sound
buoy.
