On 17 June, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, during its plenary session, adopted four laws, two draft laws, and one resolution.
Laws adopted as a whole:
On amendments to the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the procedure for holding persons authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government accountable (registration No. 13271-1).
On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding the establishment and operation of the Unified State Register of Servicemen and the improvement of the procedure for maintaining military records (registration No. 12066).
On amendments to Article 16-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Social and Legal Protection of Military Personnel and Their Family Members" regarding the allocation and receipt of a one-time monetary assistance by the dependents of a fallen serviceman (registration No. 13129).
On amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine establishing liability for the unlawful transfer, deportation, unjustified delay in the repatriation of a child, as well as the recruitment and use of a child for military purposes by a representative of a foreign state (registration No. 12170).
Laws adopted as a basis:
On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding the organizational principles for providing support in the agricultural sector (registration No. 13202-1).
On amending Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Lease of State and Communal Property” regarding the provision of paid services by state and communal institutions in the field of physical culture and sports, which do not constitute lease agreements (registration No. 12284).
Adopted resolution:
On granting consent to the appointment by the President of Ukraine of Ruslan Kravchenko to the position of Prosecutor General (registration No. 13375).
