In the course of the trip, First Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Heraschenko, Foreign Affairs Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, Foreign Affairs Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Foreign Affairs Minister of the French Republic Jean-Marc Ayrault visited the office of the Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and heard the report on the activity of the monitoring missions.

Besides, they visited the center of psychological assistance to the migrants created with the assistance of the German Government.

The Ukrainian side informed the foreign affairs ministers about the top-priority of security and humanitarian components of the Minsk agreement and about numerous violations of the ceasefire regime by the pro-Russian militants and mercenaries. The Ukrainian representatives expressed confidence that less restoration of stable peace, withdrawal of Russian weapons and mercenaries and restoration of control over the Ukrainian-Russian border, no talks about political component are possible.

In Kramatorsk, Verkhovna Rada First Deputy Chair Heraschenko and Foreign Minister Klimkin met with families of the hostages who came to the OSCE SMM office and, unfortunately, were not met by the foreign guests. The Ukrainian side spoke for illegally arrested persons and separation of this exclusively humanitarian issue from the political block of matters.
