The Committee on Environmental Policy, Use of Natural Resources and Chornobyl Aftermath Mitigation considered bills to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re simplification of land allocation procedure)

Particularly, the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine (re simplification of land allocation procedure) (Reg. No. 1208) and the bill to amend the Land Code of Ukraine as well as several other legislative acts in the sphere of land relations (re simplification of land allocation procedure) (Reg. No. 1208-1) were discussed.

Representative of the State Agency of Land Recourses of Ukraine, who has participated in the discussion, expressed an opinion of the agency regarding expediency of adopting the bill registered under No. 1208.
