The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill to amend several legislative acts of Ukraine connected with exercising state control (monitoring) in the sphere of business activity

The bill (Reg.No.11240) aims at establishing at legislative level responsibility for officials of regulatory bodies for violating the order of implementing state monitoring (control) predetermined by the Law “On Fundamentals of State Monitoring (Control) over Business Activities”.

Particularly, the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements is suggested to be supplemented by articles 166-20 and 188-43.

The Law “On Fundamentals of State Monitoring (Control) over Business Activities” should be supplemented with article 91 regarding the authorities of the central body of executive power, implementing state policy in the sphere of entrepreneurship development.
