The bill suggests:

 - the state guarantees employees legal protection against mobbing, as well as protection of their dignity;

 - when concluding an employment contract, inclusion in it measures aimed at preventing and countering mobbing;

 - providing that the employee has the right to terminate the employment contract at his own will if the owner engaged in mobbing;

 - termination of the employment contract at the owner's initiative in case of mobbing by an employee of an enterprise, institution, or organization.

 Also, the draft of the act defines the psychological and economic pressure applied to a person of hired labor, and it is also proposed to introduce into the current legislation such a term as "creating a tense, hostile, offensive atmosphere" in the work team.
