The legislative act simplifies import of defence products into the customs territory of Ukraine during the special period; introduction of a state of emergency; and during the period of holding ATO by exempting defence products from taxation in line with the list, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The respective bill, amended in the course of discussion, was registered under No. 4555a.
