After he was wounded...’ the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said while laying flowers to the memorial plaque. He also expressed his gratitude to all those present for jointly honouring the memory of Serhii Slabenko, a member of the Ukrainian parliament who laid down his life for Ukraine. “Unfortunately, a lot of our MPs of the previous convocation are not with us today,” said Ruslan Stefanchuk.
