"I thank the Saeima for such a powerful step and support for Latvia, which Ukraine has felt since the first days of the war!" - stressed the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
He expressed special gratitude to the Speaker of the Parliament of Latvia, Inara Murniece, who on March 24 spoke in the hall before the People's Deputies of Ukraine and expressed her solidarity with the Ukrainian people, demonstrating great courage.
At the same time, the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine emphasized that "aggressor" and "invader" are too soft words for Russia: "They are terrorists and murderers, the z-army is a terrorist organization. And don't be afraid to admit it.»
"Ukraine understood and saw this in the first days of the war. Russia confirms it every day with its war crimes on our land. Murders and tortures, war with the civilian population, and the destruction of our cities," noted Ruslan Stefanchuk.
Finally, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, noted that from February 24, the Russian Federation is confidently moving towards complete isolation and total exile: "There it will be, with its evil symbols and in its propaganda."
