By 326 votes in favour, the parliament sanctioned the second reading of the bill “On the accession of Ukraine to the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) concerning the Electronic Consignment Note”.

The purpose of the bill “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the status of a Ukrainian parliamentary’ (as for parliamentary motions)” is to expand the scope of exercising the right of a parliamentary to appeal to public authorities, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of ownership types. The document was supported by 297 votes in favour.
