On simpler fiscal reporting
--Draft bill No.1057
The parliament passed the draft bill No.1057 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On collection and accounting a single contribution to obligatory state social insurance" regarding uniform reporting on a single contribution to obligatory state social insurance and on personal income tax”.
The draft law is designed to deepen and widen the tax reform, one of the tasks of which is to simplify and unify procedures of reporting to regulatory agencies. It is planned, in particular, to integrate the single contribution and personal income tax reports into one file, which is thought to lessen the reporting workload. The first reading of the draft bill was approved by 318 members of parliament.
On uniform fiscal reporting
--Draft bill No.1072
The bill is to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine to provide a consolidated reporting form both for a single contribution to obligatory state social insurance and personal income tax. 317 parliamentarians confirmed the bill “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding consolidated reporting on a single contribution to obligatory state social insurance and personal income tax” on the first reading.
On NACP reloading
--Draft bill No.1029 (including the draft bill No.1029-1 as the alternate)
The Verkhovna Rada carried the draft bill No.1029 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding ensuring the effective institutional mechanism for corruption prevention” on the first reading by 283 ayes. The bill aims to create a legal platform for restarting the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) to improve its effectiveness.
On non-recognition of Russian local elections in Crimea
--Draft resolution No.2119
Bohdan Yaremenko, the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation, presented the draft resolution No.2119 “On the statement by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the non-recognition of legitimacy of the so called local elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine – the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol”.
"Our statement will unlikely bring Crimea back, but it will be a clear evidence that Ukraine's national idea is to return our occupied territories, bring our citizens back to Ukraine," he commented. The paper was supported by 325 lawgivers.
On renaming of some settlements
--Draft resolution No.2093
By 294 ayes the parliament changed the name of Ivanivka village (Liubashiv district, Odesa oblast (region)) to Yanovka village.
--Draft resolution No.2094
By 290 votes the parliament changed the name of Riabukhyne village (Nova Vodolaha district, Kharkiv oblast (region) to Huliai Pole village.
--Draft resolution No.2095
By 295 votes the parliament changed the name of Melykhivka village (Nova Vodolaha district, Kharkiv oblast (region)) to Mykolaivka village.
--Draft resolution No.2096
By 308 ayes the parliament changed the name of Tekuche village (Kosiv district, Ivano-Frankivsk oblast (region)) to Tekucha village.
