Verkhovna Rada Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law on continuousness of licensing and protection of state interests

In the course of a regular meeting, the Committee considered the draft law "On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine "On licensing of types of economic activity" as to continuousness of licensing and protection of state interests.

Agreeing with the importance of this draft law in the context of creation of real mechanism for comprehensive enactment of renewed Law of Ukraine on licensing of types of economic activity, Committee members decided to recommend that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt this draft law in first reading and on the whole.
