 On Thursday, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov met with the group of Austrian parliamentarians and industrialists, headed by former member of Austrian parliament, President of “Austrian Society for Better International Understanding” and President of the Group of Christian Democratic Politicians “Forchtensteiner Kreises” Dr. Josef Hochtl

In the course of the meeting, the Parties discussed the issue of returning investors to Ukraine and improving investment climate at legislative level.

According to Oleksandr Turchynov, Ukrainian authority does its best to establish favorable investment conditions.

“Establishment of legislative conditions, so that investors could feel them confident and protected in Ukraine, is extremely important for us. This is our priority,” he stressed.  

In his turn, Josef Hochtl emphasized that with consideration of the European course, chosen by our state, “and in the future, with due regard to Ukraine’s Euro-integrational aspirations, economic relations between our countries will move on to a new qualitative level.”
