The law was adopted in the version of the parliamentary Organized Crime Control and Anti-Corruption Committee.
The document amends the Economic Code, the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, as well as the laws "On prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and terrorism financing”, “On state registration of legal entities and sole proprietors”, “On state registration of proprietary rights to immovable property and their encumbrances” and several other changes that aim at establishing the mechanism for identifying a natural person – the ultimate beneficiary and free access to the State registry of proprietary rights immovable property.
The respective bill was registered under No. 5114.
