I sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday – the Painter's Day!
The sense of beauty and the aspiration of beauty live in the heart of every person since their childhood. Fine arts embody and reproduce this beauty. The art raises us above mundanity, it develops respect for spiritual values of our people, it enriches human soul.
Ukrainians have been creating their original culture for centuries, inheriting traditions of their ancestors, adopting and creatively interpreting heritage of other peoples. This way, they not only developed their national culture, they also contributed significantly to the world's treasury.
Ukrainian artists have made an inestimable contribution to preserving the spiritual gene pool of the nation, to reviving moral universals of the culture, and to elevating national self-awareness of citizens.
