Today, mass media unveiled Decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Particularly, under the Decree, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “shall elaborate and refer to the President the bill on amendments to several laws regarding Ukraine’s refusal from the non-aligned policy which is to be submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada as an urgent one.”
In regard to this, the Press Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informs that the respective bill No. 4561a “On amendments to several laws of Ukraine re ensuring sovereignty and protection of Ukraine’s territorial integrity” that stipulates refusal from the non-align status of our country, was referred to the Parliament by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine yet on August 29 this year, and will be considered during the next plenary week.
