The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk informed about a number of decisions adopted by the Parliament.
RESOLUTIONS:
9375 – appealed to the UN, parliaments and governments of its member states, international organisations and their parliamentary assemblies in connection with another act of terrorism by the russian federation – the blowing up of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station.
IN GENERAL:
9378 – provided for the granting of 30 days’ leave to the military, plus 10 days for family reasons and other valid reasons. It is granted in instalments three times a year. But only if no more than 30% of the total number of servicemen are absent at the same time.
5322 – prohibited manipulation, influence or attempts to manipulate wholesale energy markets.
9051 – provided for the right to restructure loans for IDPs whose only source of income is state and social financial assistance. However, they must repay the interest on the loan within six months after the end of the war.
9052 – addressed the problem of charging excessive and disproportionately high interest on consumer loans for persons residing in the territories where hostilities are or have been conducted, in the temporarily occupied territories, or who have left their places of residence in such territories.
AS THE BASIS:
9322 – proposed to take into account the recommendations of the Venice Commission on the procedure for competitive selection of candidates for the position of a CCU judge.
8223 – proposed to implement standards of human protection against ionising radiation into Ukrainian legislation in accordance with EU law.
