Under the law, after termination of the term of allowed use of medicines in Ukraine, their further use can be possible only after a repeated registration. After a repeated registration the term of use of medicines in Ukraine is unlimited.
It is also established that control over import of medicines to the territory of Ukraine is carried out by a central executive authority which implement state policy in the sphere of control over quality and safety of medicines.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4459а.
