The Law determines legal and organizational principles of corruption prevention system functioning in Ukraine; as well as content and order of application of preventive anti-corruptive mechanisms; and rules for eliminating consequences of corruptive infringements.
The document was adopted in the version of the Organized Crime Control and Anti-Corruption Committee.
Respective bill was registered under No. 5113.
