The law (the respective bill was registered under No. 4160) was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on September 2, 2014.
The President of Ukraine recommitted the abovementioned Law on September 24, 2014 with his proposals for repeated consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
1. The President of Ukraine suggests excluding subclause 12 from clause 1 of section 1 that was referred for signing:
paragraph two of subclause 4 after the words “is based on” shall be supplemented with the words “annual message of the President of Ukraine to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the internal and external situation in Ukraine”;
2. The President of Ukraine suggests refraining from supplementing article 241 of the Budget Code of Ukraine with the provisions of paragraphs three and four of subclause 6 of clause 1 of section 1, and exclude paragraphs three and four from subclause 6 of clause 1 of section 1 of the Law that was referred for signature.
Following the results of consideration of the abovementioned proposals of the President of Ukraine, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada take these proposals into account and adopt the abovementioned Law in entirety.
