Having begun its history at the end of the XIX century, a modest county agricultural school has turned into one of the leading higher educational institutions of the state and a powerful center of agricultural science.
Over the period of its existence, Kherson State University has opened doors to the tens of thousands of highly qualified specialists. Among them – scientists and scholars, as well as heads of enterprises and farm businesses that are well-known far beyond the Oblast. It is natural since the university does not only train specialists but also forms and develops a mature and hardworking personality, and teaches to be mindful landlords on our land.
