The Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy considered the issue on functioning of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
During the discussion, it was noted that to date, the Foundation has supported 1,500 projects from all over Ukraine. This year, almost 4,000 applications have been received, of which approximately 600 will be funded. The projects are evaluated by more than 500 experts.
The Executive Director of the Foundation Vladyslav Berkovskyy raised the issue of workload on employees. "The burden on employees, 76 people, is growing every year and will grow even more. This is one of the basic reasons for staff turnover, which is now being actively talked about online. The highest staff turnover was in 2019," he said.
According to him, the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation is now in the process of returning to the communication level of transparency that it was before.

The Chairperson of the Committee Mykyta Poturayev stressed the need for proper information on the work of the Foundation.
