On Monday, 29 September 2008, Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will participate in the rally and flower-laying ceremony held on the occasion of anniversary of the tragedy in Babyn Yar.

The event will be start at 12 a.m. at Dorohozhytska Str.
