On 17 September 2008, at 3 p.m, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement jointly with Inter-Departmental Commission on Counteraction to Illegal Takeover and Occupation of Enterprises hold extended hearings on the subject: "Improvement of Legislation and Ways to overcome Raidering through Urgent Response of Law Enforcement Bodies to Illegal Actions of Organizers and Executors".
The People´s Deputies of Ukraine, members of the Inter-Departmental Commission, leaders of the law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine, representatives of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and mass media, other public officials are to attend the hearings.
