According to the Order of Arseniy Yatseniuk, The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On extraordinary session of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Sixth Convocation" on extraordinary session that The President´s of Ukraine Order from 28th of July "On Announcing separate parts of Vinnica, Ivano-frankivs'k, Lviv, Ternopil´ and Tchernivci Regions as Areas of the Emergency Ecological State" and the bill on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the Year 2008 and on amendments to some Legislative Acts of Ukraine" are supposed to be scrutinized.

3. Live broadcasting will be provided by The Parliamentary television channel "Rada";
