A Round Table on the subject: "New Draft Laws of Ukraine (concerning the Police, Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies, Domestic Troops, etc)" will be launched on 10 September 2008 at 4 p.m.
The Round Table is organized by The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement.
A number of Bills, namely "On the Police", "On Service in the Internal Affairs Bodies", "On Internal Affairs Bodies" (Reg. No. 1376), "On the National Police" (Reg. No. 1382), "On the Status of Investigation Officers" (Reg. No.1437), "On the State Border Police" (Reg. No.2205) will be presented in the course of the meeting.
The People´s Deputies of Ukraine, leaders of the law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine, representatives of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, public associations and mass media are to attend the meeting.
