On 6 November 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a plenary session and adopted the following decisions:

Adopted as a whole:

13682 — Draft Law on Amendments to Article 3 of the Fundamentals of Ukrainian Legislation on Health Care.

Adopted as a basis:

13418 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Flood Risk Management and Ensuring Ukraine's Participation in the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism.

13629 — Draft Law on Priority Areas of Scientific, Scientific and Technical, and Innovative Activity.
