On 22 October 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a plenary session and adopted in the first reading the Draft Law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2026. Resolution No. 14000/P was adopted in its entirety.

No. 14056 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine in connection with the update (recodification) of the provisions of Book One.
No. 13267 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences regarding the activities of the Military Ombudsman.
No. 13646 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Social Protection of Military Personnel in Basic Military Service, Members of Their Families, and Other Issues.
No. 14058 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding Clarification of Legal Regulation of Issues Related to Military Service by Employees of Ukrainian Intelligence Agencies.
