On 16 July 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held a plenary session and adopted the following decisions:

No. 13157 – Draft Law amending the Tax Code of Ukraine in connection with the
adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Integrated Prevention and Control of
Industrial Pollution".
No. 13020 – Draft Law amending the Law of Ukraine "On
Sanctions" regarding the application of sanctions to vessels and aircraft.
No. 13276 – Draft Law amending Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" concerning the military training of Ukrainian citizens under the reserve medical officer training program.
No. 13229 – Draft Law amending the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" regarding military service under contract for persons who have reached the age limit for military service.
No. 2038 – Draft Law amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the recognition of Ukrainian citizens who were forcibly relocated from the territory of the Polish People's Republic in 1944–1951 as deported persons.
No. 13320 – Draft Law amending Section II "Final and Transitional
Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Laws of
Ukraine on Certain Issues Related to Military Service During Martial Law"
regarding the payment of additional remuneration to the instructional and
teaching staff of higher military educational institutions and their structural
units (taking into account the Committee’s proposals).
No. 13353 – Draft Law amending certain laws of Ukraine to improve
specific aspects of the activities of the Security Service of Ukraine and
enhance its effectiveness in the context of repelling and deterring armed
aggression against Ukraine.
No. 13168 – Draft Law amending the Law of Ukraine "On Social and
Legal Protection of Servicemen and Their Family Members" concerning
specific issues of one-time financial assistance payments.
No. 12320 – Draft Law amending the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the Criminal Code, and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to ensure the protection of guarantees for legal practice.

revision).
No. 13273 – Draft Law on the Foundations of State Policy on National
Memory of the Ukrainian People (subject to revision).
No. 6493 – Draft Law on the Status of a People's Deputy – Founder of Ukraine's State Independence (subject to revision).
No. 13439-3 – Draft Law amending the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine
for 2025” regarding financial support for the security and defense sector and
addressing urgent needs (designated as urgent and with the amendment period
halved).
No. 13420 – Draft Law amending the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws to
support enterprises in the defense-industrial complex (subject to revision).
No. 13421 – Draft Law amending Section XXI “Final and Transitional
Provisions” of the Customs Code of Ukraine to support enterprises in the
defense-industrial complex (subject to revision).
No. 13422-1 – Draft Law amending Section VI “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Budget Code of Ukraine to support enterprises in the defense-industrial complex.
