No. 12331-2 – Draft Law on Amendments to Section XII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” regarding the general term of secondment of a judge.
No. 11315 – Draft Law on Amendments to Paragraph 19 of the Section “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Civil Code of Ukraine concerning the resumption of the limitation period.
No. 9495 – Draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Childhood” regarding the protection of the rights of deported and forcibly displaced children.
No. 10298 – Draft Law on
Amendments to Article 212 of the Family Code of Ukraine regarding the
definition of persons who cannot be adoptive parents.
No. 12385 – Draft Law on Amendments to Article 30-1 of the Law of Ukraine “On
the Protection of Childhood” concerning the exercise of the right of children
to obtain the status of a child affected by military actions or armed
conflicts.
