Dear servicemen, employees, veterans and cadets of the National Guard of Ukraine!
During russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, you have demonstrated resilience, courage and professionalism. Every day you prove that you are a reliable pillar of the state, an example of heroism and discipline. Shoulder to shoulder with other troops of the Security and Defence Forces, you are defending our land in the most difficult areas of the frontline, bringing victory closer and saving thousands of Ukrainians.
Today, we pay special tribute to the National Guardsmen who laid their lives for Ukraine. Their heroic deeds will forever remain in the hearts of the people and the history of the state.
I commend each and every one of you: those who are currently engaged in combat tasks, those who are undergoing treatment and rehabilitation after being wounded, and those who are passing on their invaluable experience to younger generations.
I wish you good health, unshakable faith, confidence in your abilities and our common Victory.
