Ruslan Stefanchuk, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, took part in the celebrations marking the 10th anniversary of the creation of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention. During his speech, the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament emphasized that the NACP has become an integral part of the Ukrainian anti-corruption system.

Ruslan Stefanchuk emphasized: "NACP creation was a significant stage in developing transparent state institutions. The Ukrainian Parliament played a key role in this process by adopting the Law of Ukraine "On the Prevention of Corruption", which laid the foundation for the agency function."

He said they overcome many challenges over ten years of joint work, but society faces new tasks. "During the war, attention to overcoming corruption is even greater, and the trust of citizens and international partners in Ukraine directly depends on compliance with the principles of transparency and the rule of law," the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada highlighted.

Ruslan Stefanchuk noted that the NACP truthfully and impartially carries out its work, strengthening the state's anti-corruption system. "The Verkhovna Rada has supported and will continue to support all initiatives in this area. After all, our common goal is a strong Ukraine, where law and justice are the basis of state policy," he noted.
