The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine continues to make important decisions. Today's meeting addressed issues related to justice, education, security and international cooperation.
The following bills were adopted as a whole:
No. 12368-1 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" and some other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the establishment and functioning of the Kyiv City District Administrative Court and the Kyiv City Administrative Court of Appeal.
No. 12375 — Draft Law on Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On Complete General Secondary Education" regarding the recognition of educational results obtained by Ukrainian citizens abroad.
No. 11517 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to prevent cases of avoidance of criminal liability of persons who have committed criminal offences against the foundations of national security of Ukraine.
No. 12351 — Draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" regarding the change of the name of local general courts.
No. 0299 — Draft Law on Ratification of the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Finland on Projects Financed under the Finnish-Ukrainian Investment Fund (FUIF).
Adopted as a basis:
No. 12283 — Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Extension of the Validity of Territory Planning Documents.
No. 11203 — Draft Law on Amendments to Article 206 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on Elimination of Terminological Inconsistencies.
No. 11339 — Draft Law on Amendments to Article 369-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on Strengthening Liability for Unlawful Influence on the Results of Official Sports Competitions.
No. 9655 — Draft Law on Amendments to Article 214 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Procedure for Ensuring Security Measures for Persons Participating in Criminal Proceedings.
Resolutions adopted:
No. 13034 — Draft Resolution on the Statement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Parliaments and Governments of Foreign States, International Organisations and their Parliamentary Assemblies on the Occasion of the Day of Resistance to the Occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol.
No. 12407 — Draft Resolution on the exercise by the head of Novovasylivka settlement military administration of Melitopol district, Zaporizhzhia region, of the powers provided for in part two of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the legal regime of martial law".
No. 12460 — Draft Resolution on the exercise by the Head of the Semenivka Village Military Administration of Melitopol District, Zaporizhzhia Region, of the powers provided for in part two of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Regime of Martial Law".
The adopted decisions are aimed at strengthening state institutions, protecting the rights of citizens and developing international cooperation.
