On 16 February 1918, Lithuania took a decisive step towards freedom and statehood, restoring its independence and paving the way for democratic development.

I wish the Lithuanian people peace, welfare and prosperity!

Today, Lithuania is a reliable friend and partner of Ukraine.

Thank you for your unwavering support in the struggle for our freedom and yours!
