One of the first documents adopted
was the draft law No. 0300 on the ratification of the Framework Agreement
between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the United Kingdom on
official loan support for the development of Ukraine's defence capabilities.
This step completes all the necessary domestic procedures for the Agreement to enter into force and be implemented. It opens up the possibility of implementing joint projects to develop the air defence system, as well as ensuring the maintenance and repair of military equipment directly in Ukraine, which will contribute to its combat capability.
The ratification of this Agreement is another step towards strengthening the Ukrainian-British strategic partnership and Ukraine's defence capabilities.
The Parliament continues to work on making decisions that strengthen our security and bring victory closer.
