We greet the year 2025, continuing our fight for what is most precious to us — our freedom, independence, and our native land.
This is a year in which we carry strength forged in the darkest times and faith that unites millions of hearts.
We, Ukrainians, have proven to the world: there is no force capable of breaking a people fighting for their own.
We, Ukrainians, have endured shelling and darkness, have borne the pain of loss, but have not lost what is most valuable — our dignity, our hope, and our aspiration for freedom.
Today, every Ukrainian is a symbol of resilience, an example of courage and strength for the entire world.
2024 was a difficult year. But we survived. All of us — on the frontlines or on the home front — continue to be part of this great fight for freedom.
And today, we express our gratitude. First and foremost, and forever — to our warriors.
To the defenders who risk their lives daily, stand on the frontlines, and protect our land. To each and every one whose courage, bravery, strength, and heroism give us all another day.
We thank those who work for Ukraine and for the sake of Ukraine on the home front: volunteers, medics, teachers, energy workers, and entrepreneurs.
We thank those waiting for Ukraine’s return. Those who believe in the day when the blue-and-yellow flag will once again fly over every corner of our land. Those who endure under occupation, holding onto faith and hope.
We thank our partners and allies for their continued support of Ukraine. Together, we are stronger, together, we stand for values that cannot be defeated.
We remember.
We honor the names of the Heroes who gave their lives for our country. Their sacrifice will forever remain in our hearts, our memory, and our history.
2025 is a year we face with faith and hope. It is a year in which we continue our shared fight.
We strive for one ultimate goal — Victory.
May this year bring the fulfillment of our great dream. May it bring peace to Ukraine. A peace that is just, comprehensive, and lasting.
