Oleksandr Korniyenko showed his foreign colleagues destroyed russian equipment and damaged civilian cars that became targets of the occupiers. The relevant exhibits, placed in Mikhailivska Square, testify to russia's crimes on the territory of Ukraine.
“russia’s crimes have evidence — there is a lot of it. The world must know the truth and see with its own eyes what kind of “peace” the occupiers have brought to Ukrainian soil,” he noted.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine emphasized that Ukraine seeks long, just peace and security and brings criminals to justice. It is necessary to prevent the repetition of the tragedies that are unfortunately occurring in Ukraine.
"For this purpose, President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed steps that can help achieve this, particularly the Peace Formula. We urge you to support its implementation," Oleksandr Korniyenko noted.
The First Vice-Speaker expressed his gratitude to everyone who visited Ukraine to deepen the interparliamentary dialogue and personally familiarize themselves with the state of affairs in our country.
Oleksandr Korniyenko also pointed out the first unique Conference, which recently took place in Kyiv, between Parliamentarians of Ukraine and the States of Latin America and the Caribbean. “One of the main ideas is to spread the truth regarding the events in our country, in particular the consequences of full-scale russian aggression,” he concluded, thanking the initiators and organizers of the event for holding it.
