Today, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted a number of decisions. Among them:
Reg. № 12043 — Resolution on renaming certain settlements and districts; ADOPTED AS A WHOLE:
Reg. № 11063-d — the Law on the Information and Communication System ‘State Agrarian Register’;
Reg. № 5819 — the Law on Rating;
Reg. № 11474 — the Law on Peculiarities of Sale of Stakes Owned by the State in the Authorized Capital of Banks;
Reg. № 10143 — amendments to the Bankruptcy Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the implementation of Directive 2019/1023 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union and the introduction of preventive restructuring procedures;
Reg. № 11057 — amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” to ensure that customers publish information on prices for material resources in the electronic procurement system when procuring services for current repairs and construction works (transparent construction).
THE DRAFT LAW WAS ADOPTED AS A BASIS:
Reg. № 10044-d — proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine “On the Accounting Chamber” and some other legislative acts of Ukraine.
