On Thursday, 22 August, the Members of Parliament of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions, in particular
No. 0268 — ratified the Agreement No. 3 in the form of an exchange of letters between Ukraine and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Amendments to the Agreement on Political Cooperation, Free Trade and Strategic Partnership between Ukraine and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
IN GENERAL:
No. 10411 — amended the Customs Code of Ukraine to implement certain provisions of the Customs Code of the European Union;
No. 9139 — adopted the Law on Grapes and Viticultural Products;
No. 10409 — amended certain legislative acts to clarify the powers of the central executive body implementing the state policy in the field of civil protection and other state bodies in the field of critical infrastructure protection.
AS BASIS:
No. 11387 — proposed amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences, the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine to ensure respect for the court and promptness of consideration of criminal proceedings by the court.
