On Wednesday, 21 August, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions, including:
No. 0285 — ratified the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and amendments thereto;
No. 0278 — ratified the Framework Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Loans from the Fund for Economic Development and Cooperation for 2024-2029.
IN GENERAL:
No. 11172 — amended the Law of Ukraine "On Medicinal Products" (regarding the labelling of medicinal products);
No. 10293 — adopted the Law on Amendments to the Fundamentals of Legislation of Ukraine on Healthcare to Improve Restrictions for Medical, Pharmaceutical and Rehabilitation Professionals in the Course of Their Professional Activities;
No. 9549 — amended certain legislative acts of Ukraine to simplify the procedure for allocating land plots for the development of digital infrastructure;
No. 11155-1 — amended Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Humanitarian Aid" regarding the list of recipients of humanitarian aid;
No. 11391 — amended the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilisation Preparation and Mobilisation" to expand the circle of persons liable for military service whose close relatives, in particular, a sibling (full or half) were killed or went missing while participating in hostilities, to grant a deferral from military service during mobilisation.
AS THE BASIS:
No. 11301-d — proposed amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Electricity Market" regarding the application of the algorithm for the distribution of funds from a current account with a special mode of use;
No. 11392 — proposed to amend certain legislative acts of Ukraine to simplify the conditions for conducting business.
