Today, the Parliament of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions. Among them:
IN GENERAL:
11396 — amended Section VI ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Budget Code of Ukraine;
10361 — amended the legislation on the activities of the National Museum of the Holodomor Genocide;
11271 — amended certain laws of Ukraine to ensure the performance of a military funeral ritual during an honourable burial at the National Military Memorial Cemetery;
11068 — amended the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences to increase liability for petty theft of property.
AS BASIS:
5870-d — adopted the Draft Law on the Protection of Media Services Provided with Conditional Access in the first reading;
11335 — proposed amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine to improve the mechanism for providing land to the Defence Forces;
11063-d — adopted the Draft Law on the State Agrarian Register in the first reading;
11131 — proposed amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine to restore medium-term budget planning at the local level and bring certain provisions in line with the laws of Ukraine.
