Today, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions, in particular:
IN GENERAL:
7331 – amended certain laws of Ukraine to simplify the conditions for conducting economic activity during the period of martial law (state of emergency) in Ukraine;
9518 – amended the Law of Ukraine ‘On Local Self-Government in Ukraine’ to improve the legal regulation of the institute of starostas and its activities under martial law.
AS BASIS:
11028 – proposed to amend certain laws of Ukraine regarding the priority right of certain categories of internally displaced persons to receive compensation for destroyed real estate;
11281 – proposed to amend certain laws of Ukraine on ensuring the housing rights of internally displaced persons;
10167 – proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine ‘On Transfer of State and Communal Property’ to improve the procedure for transferring certain individually identifiable property (except real estate) from state to communal ownership;
11057 – proposed amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ to ensure that procuring entities publish information on prices for material resources in the electronic procurement system when procuring services for routine maintenance and construction works (transparent construction).
