On Tuesday, 18 June, the Ukrainian Parliament has adopted a number of decisions.
IN GENERAL:
No. 9559-d – amended certain laws of Ukraine to expand the powers of local governments to support the security and defence sector of Ukraine;
No. 11084 – amended the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the peculiarities of tax administration during martial law for taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation.
AS BASIS:
No. 8119 – proposed to adopt the Law on Attracting Investments in the Development of the Fisheries Industry;
No. 9545 – proposed to adopt the Law on ensuring the traceability of aquatic bioresources and/or products made from aquatic bioresources;
No. 9597 – proposed to amend the Law of Ukraine "On Alternative Fuels" to create a register of installations that use biofuels as the only type of fuel;
No. 11083 – proposed to amend certain laws of Ukraine to regulate certain issues of the use of terminology in the field of smart grid implementation;
Nos. 11258 / 11259 – proposed amendments to the Tax and Customs Codes of Ukraine regarding the exemption from VAT and import duty on goods for the production and/or repair of mechanised demining machines;
No. 11257 – proposed amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Armed Forces of Ukraine" regarding the redeployment of military units during martial law.
