On Wednesday, 5 June, the people's deputies of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions, in particular:
Ratified:
No. 0236 – Council of Europe Convention on Joint Cinematographic Production;
No. 0266 – Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on technical and financial cooperation;
No. 0258 – Convention between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Japan for the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion and Avoidance and the Protocol thereto;
No. 0265 – Framework Agreement between Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the operation of the International Cooperation Account for Chornobyl.
In general:
No. 5705 – amended certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the introduction of electronic tickets for road and urban electric transport;
No. 11143 – amended certain laws of Ukraine to improve the procedure for maintaining military records and obtaining the status of a war veteran during martial law.
As a basis:
No. 10370 – proposed amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Diplomatic Service” to improve the performance of diplomatic service;
No. 11228-1 – proposed amendments to the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, other legislative acts of Ukraine to regulate the issues of countering intelligence and subversive activities of special services of foreign countries;
No. 10273 – proposed amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding the functioning of the National System of Confidential Communication and the National Electronic Communication Network;
No. 9593 – proposed amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Communications” concerning assistance in ensuring the sustainable functioning of electronic communication networks and the provision of electronic communication services, as well as the prohibition of dismantling electronic communication networks in emergency situations, martial law and martial law;
No. 10284 – proposed amendments to certain laws of Ukraine to stimulate the participation of state and local governments in the implementation of international technical assistance and cross-border cooperation programmes and projects.
