On Tuesday 4 June, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted a number of decisions.
IN GENERAL:
No. 9432 — adopted the Law on the Use of English in Ukraine;
No. 10393 — amended certain laws of Ukraine to regulate the powers of central executive authorities in the field of energy efficiency.
AS BASIS:
No. 6227 — proposed amendments to the National Programme for the Development of Ukraine's Mineral Resources for the period up to 2030;
No. 9549 — proposed to amend certain legislative acts of Ukraine to simplify the procedure for allocating land plots for the development of digital infrastructure;
No. 11256-2 — proposed amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the implementation of the provisions of the European Union's excise tax legislation;
No. 11093 — proposed amendments to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Status of Persons Missing in Special Circumstances";
No. 11161 — proposed amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Compensation for Damage and Destruction of Certain Categories of Real Estate Objects as a Result of Hostilities, Terrorist Acts, Sabotage Caused by the Armed Aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, and the State Register of Property, damaged and destroyed as a result of hostilities, terrorist acts, sabotage caused by the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine" on compensation for destroyed or damaged property located in the territories of active hostilities or temporarily occupied by the russian federation.
