No. 10337 – the draft law on fair lobbying was adopted in the first reading. The purpose of the act is to ensure the legal framework for lobbying in Ukraine in accordance with international practices and standards. The document defines, among other things, lobbying terminology, rights and obligations of lobbying entities, methods of influence, and mechanisms for controlling the activities of lobbying entities by monitoring compliance with lobbying legislation;
No. 10343 – proposed to consolidate the powers of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to approve protocols and standards for the provision of pre-hospital medical care for the Security and Defense Forces based on (from among) NATO standards. The draft law expands the powers of the Ministry of Defense, in particular, in terms of approving clinical protocols, logistics sheets and standards for the provision of pre-hospital and medical care during combat operations and during the training of the Security and Defense Forces;
No. 9662 – proposed amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine to improve online communication with taxpayers and clarify certain provisions of the law. The purpose of the draft law is to provide taxpayers with the right to have their objections and complaints and other applications considered via remote communication.
