On Wednesday, 20 December, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a number of decisions.
IN GENERAL:
No. 10341 – amended the Tax Code of Ukraine and exempted radar devices from VAT to promptly meet the needs of defence structures and to ensure effective and timely repulsion of the aggressor.
No. 10342 – amended the Customs Code of Ukraine and exempted from import duty, in particular, radar devices to meet the needs of defence structures and to ensure effective and timely repulsion of the aggressor.
AS BASIS:
No. 10161 – proposed to amend certain legislative acts in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Procedure". The law aims to bring Ukrainian legislation closer to the standards of the EU countries with unified rules for administrative services.
