During her visit to the Republic of Poland, the Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olena Kondratiuk held a working meeting with Vice-Marshal of the Senate of Poland Michał Kamiński.
The participants of the meeting discussed the urgent issue of resolving the situation on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
They also discussed Poland's support for Ukraine's accession to the European Union and NATO.
The parties stressed the importance of intensifying inter-parliamentary cooperation and discussed media and information cooperation.
"The Vice-Marshal of the Polish Sejm assured me of strengthening cooperation between our countries! Such meetings always add to optimism," summed up Olena Kondratiuk, the Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
