I congratulate our defenders who provide engineering support in the most difficult conditions, often close to the enemy.

I am grateful to each and every one of you who, despite the risk and danger, conducts engineering reconnaissance of terrain and facilities, equips concentration areas and borders, builds crossings and safe passages through minefields, clears paths of debris and accompanies troops.

Thank you for your heroism and daily exploits.

Eternal glory and eternal memory to all those who died in the fight for Ukraine's independence and sovereignty.

Glory to Ukraine and Glory to its Heroes!
