According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 283/2023, the First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Korniienko and MPs of Ukraine joined the Advisory Council on De-occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol.

“We are taking back what is ours and are already preparing for the stage of reintegration of the de-occupied territories – to implement all the developments as efficiently as possible after our victory and the return of Crimea, in particular, to return Ukrainian state power and the traditions of European democracy to the peninsula,” said Oleksandr Korniienko.

The Advisory Board also includes Maria Mezentseva, the Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mykyta Poturaiev, the Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Yehor Chernev, the Head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Oleksandr Merezhko, the Head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, De-occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, National Minorities and Interethnic Relations, Andrii Zadorozhnyi.
